Instructions

1. Use mkdir to make a temporary directory, base2co:

$ mkdir /usr/base2co;chmod 777 /usr/base2co

2. Make base2co the current directory:

$ cd /usr/base2co

3. Insert the base2co-lpd^TM floppy disk or download the software. Use the tar command to extract all files from the floppy disk:
• when the floppy drive is your default tar device:

$ tar xv

• floppy drive 1:

$ tar xvf /dev/rfd0135ds18

4. Read the contents of the file b2c-lpd.txt
5. or the Word Document LICENSE.WORD
6. or the Text Document LICENSE.TEXT
7. Sample inittab entries file sample.inittab
